Hi, I’m Christina!
— an experienced postpartum doula, infant care specialist and night doula with a passion for nurturing families during one of life’s most tender and transformative times. As a mother of two, dog mom & K9 foster parent, preschool teacher, aunt and sister, supporting parents and their families comes naturally to me. My approach is intuitive, laid-back, and deeply rooted in baby-led and attachment parenting principles.
I hold certifications through Baby To Go Postpartum Doula Training and NAPS Night Doula Certification, and have completed a hands-on apprenticeship with Baby To Go. I’m also infant & family CPR certified and a Safe Sleep Ambassador through Cribs for Kids — ensuring the highest level of safety, care, and education in every home I support.
I became a doula because I didn’t have one — and I realized how essential it is to have a village. No family should have to navigate early parenthood alone.
I proudly support all families, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, or cultural background. I recognize the racial disparities in maternal healthcare and am especially passionate about advocating for and uplifting BIPOC mothers and families.
Let’s build your village — together.
